You automatically receive basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance so that you can protect those you love from the unexpected. There is no cost to you for this coverage. See your company provided Life/AD&D benefit in UKG during enrollment.

Employee Paid Supplemental Life

Full-time and part-time employees may also purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself, spouse/domestic partner, and/or dependent children.

Plan Summary

Teammate’s Basic Life and AD&D coverage amount will be reduced at age 65, 70, and 75.
