This plan offers an incentive to spouses who opt out of our medical plan by enrolling in their company’s medical insurance plan. To participate in the SpouseSaver program, spouses of participants in the medical plan must have participated in one of our medical plans or in the SpouseSaver HRA during the preceding plan year. This requirement does not apply to new hires, newly eligible teammates, or those experiencing a qualifying life event, such as marriage, during annual enrollment. Re-enrolling in this program must be done on an annual basis.

The programs connect participants with a specially trained coach to give
guidance, support, and education. The coach will work collaboratively with
members to promote medical and pharmacy management through virtual
coaching sessions, mobile apps, and other resources to help set goals and
stay on track.
*As a reward for participating in one of the coaching programs, members taking qualified maintenance medications will benefit from reduced copays for medications and supplies related to their condition.
